FACULTY Faculty will include instructors already based at partner organizations as well as those contracted to teach new or expanded programs. Adjunct (volunteer) faculty will include business owners, professionals, and other local experts who will serve as guest speakers, workshop facilitators, panelists, tour hosts, and mentors. GOVERNING BODY QuabbinWorks College will be overseen by a board of trustees comprised of representives from partner organizations and area businesses. ADMINISTRATION QuabbinWorks will administered by a part-time director (.25 FTE) and a full-time coordinator (1 FTE) based in Orange at the non-profit YES BizCenter, a fully-equipped business center operated by youth and adults. This administrative hub will be supplemented by a contracted bookkeeper and greatly enhanced by the use of a web-based management information system (MIS)/content management system (CMS) that automates essential operational, communications and collaborative functions as well as College registration, case management, events, and finances. |
